This 6-part experience helps school leaders embed the CALM Resilience Framework into daily leadership, creating practical habits that reduce stress, foster clarity, and enhance long-term leadership impact.

Session 1: Welcome + CALM Foundations for Resilient Leadership: Kick off with a clear understanding of the CALM Framework. Explore how Connection, Attitude, Learning, and Mindfulness form a powerful foundation for navigating high-pressure leadership without burnout.

Session 2: Connection, Build Your Leadership Support Network: Identify and strengthen the personal and professional relationships that sustain you. Learn how to create a reliable support network and develop connections that energizes and equips you for everyday challenges.

Session 3: Attitude of Gratitude, Reframe Stress Into Strength: Explore how gratitude changes your leadership mindset. Learn tools to shift negative patterns, reduce reactivity, and build emotional resilience in even the most stressful moments.

Session 4: Learning for Growth – Align with What Matters Most: Reconnect with your core values and leadership vision. Design learning goals that reflect your priorities and support both your professional development and personal well-being.

Session 5: Mindful Leadership – Create Space for Clarity, Calm & Focus: Learn practical mindfulness strategies to reduce overwhelm and sharpen focus. Build “Vitamin Me” routines that create breathing room in your day, support better decision-making, and promote presence with your team.

Session 6: CALM by Design – Share, Celebrate & Sustain Your Progress: Reflect on your journey and share key takeaways. Design a sustainable leadership rhythm that keeps CALM practices alive in your daily work and celebrate the progress you’ve made.
